30-Day Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging along with all tags and paperwork. Include your return form in the package.

Use the prepaid shipping label we provide, or ship to our returns address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
  • Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • For exchanges, if the new item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Face masks
  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items that have been altered
  • Gift cards
  • Contact lenses
  • Discounted items with more than 50% off

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items.

Important: When shipping returns internationally, please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs charges. Include your order number on the outside of the package.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item by logging into your AokLok account and selecting "Return or Exchange" from your order history. Alternatively, you can fill out the return form on this page. After submitting your return request, you'll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for completing your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. After approval, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method, typically:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: 1-2 business days

You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

What if I received a defective item?

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the defect or damage and email them to help@aoklok.com along with your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and cover the return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, you can exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. To request an exchange, initiate a return and select "Exchange" as the return type. You'll be able to specify the new size or color you'd like.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or color is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product. For convenience, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
